As an IP boutique, we are active in all technical areas and in every IP matter, from drafting and filing patent applications to enforcing and defending IP rights worldwide.

Of particular importance is the constantly growing field of computer science, information and communication technology, in which we represent a growing portfolio of mandates that offer great and varied challenges both pre- and post-grant. In this environment, we are looking for a

EUROPEAN PATENT ATTORNEY (f/m/d),

having a background in

COMPUTER SCIENCE, INFORMATICS, or similar

and who is prepared to join our committed and versatile team and play an important role in the future of KLUNKER IP. Therefore, please do not hesitate to contact us if some of the following applies to you

  • you have already gained some years of professional experience, be it in industry or in a law firm,
  • you have a very good command of spoken and written English and German, the latter being our internal language of communication,
  • your comprehension and analytical as well as rhetorical skills make you enjoy and successfully master challenges,
  • you may even hold a national Patent Attorney’s qualification.
