Vita
Linda studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in München und wurde 1985 als Rechtsanwältin zugelassen.
Sie ist von Anfang an im Marken- und Geschmacksmusterrecht tätig gewesen, zunächst bei und seit vielen Jahren in einer der größten Münchner Patentanwaltskanzleien.
Im Jahr 2016 wechselte Linda in die Marken- und Designabteilung von KSNH, der Vorgängerkanzlei von KLUNKER IP, und setzte ihre Tätigkeit bei KLUNKER IP fort.
Linda´s English is of excellent, her French of very good and her Spanish of good command. Her passions are fiction and crime in these languages, politics, economy, culture and art. She has two adult daughters and lives in downtown Munich.
Practice
Linda focuses on German and European trademark law. She assists German and international clients in application proceedings, including collision searches for prior rights, formal application matters and prosecution before the Offices. In opposition proceedings, intensive search for new applicable case law and airtight proof of use are her specialty. Negotiations and settlement agreements are part of her job as well as nullification, cancellation and infringement proceedings. In design law, her activities apply analogously.
Longstanding litigation experience assists Linda in tactical deliberations. Particular interest in business trends supports her in determining similarity and infringement criteria, and online search routine and persistence in obtaining valuable background information.
